I was referred by my dentist at the Pain Clinic through Cedars Sinai for Physical Therapy for my neck and jaw. I had excellent care and Dr. Ho himself checked on me each time and did all of the hands on work himself. The other therapists who brought the heat/ice and connected me up to a machine for electrical stimulation were kind and caring. Since going there I have heard from two other friends who were referred there by their doctors and were pleased with the care they received.

Der How and the Ho Rehab staff are the best physical therapists in the country. They are incredibly professional and knowledgeable about everything. I had a SLAP tear that Der How helped heal without surgery. If you have any injury that needs a PT then go to Ho Rehab. They are incredible people and take care of you. I will be seeing Der How for the rest of my career because he’s The best PT and an even better man. Much Love to everyone at Ho Rehab.

I had one of the worst experiences today with this facility. Stephanie was the first person that I talked to. I told her that I talked to a staff last week and someone from that facility was suppose to call me and inform me of my husband's schedule for this week, but I never received a call. Her reaction was rude and aggressive, cut me off several times and was not willing to listen to my concern or address my question. I finally asked for the manager to continue our conversation, since there was no hope of communication with Stephanie. Sheila, who introduced herself as the supervisor , unfortunately she was not any better. She absolutely lacked any managerial skills. Her communication was aggressive and was not able to do any problem solving. Communication was so bad that I said I hope this call is being recorded and she said "no it is not being recorded."
She then asked " should I take your husband off the schedule"?
I feel so sorry for patients who are going there, if they are alone and if there is nobody to advocate for them.
If the head of this organization is willing to talk to me, I would be happy to discuss this matter with him, feel free to respond to this post.
I will also contact Dr. George Chow"s office and let them know how we were treated there.
I will inform medicare and Blue Shield as well.
To the CEO of this organization: Please train your staff

Hello to Whomsoever will be reading these remarks regarding HoRehab Center and it’s Staff! I truly desire to write these remarks concerning Not only my Personal Physician Dr. DerHow Huang, but the staff Personnel is included when I say They are Second to None. As an Armed Forces 20Years Active Duty Retired Serviceman having a 100% Disability attached to my Retirement; I can truly say That My Physician truly has helped me with Continual Healing within my knees specifically! Dr. DerHow, along with Victor, Chris, Alexis and again the entire Staff can’t leave out Admin Stephnie and Crystal who ensured to my paperwork flowing smoothly where there was no gap between treatments when paperwork may have expedited and required being renewed! I make it my business to inform people within my sphere to know who it is that have help me back to life within my physical fitness of being able to Power walk once again as in my earlier Years! Not just within their establishment; But if I have had to travel they’ve ensure to me receiving required assistance by emailing me directives to stay in shape regarding stretching and exercises and so forth. Dr. DerHow has personally went above and beyond to ensure to me having what is necessary to stay upon above and beyond minimum requirements; By excelling and reaching out to me to make sure all was well regarding my physical man! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HO REHABILITATION TO THOSE WHO DESIRE TO GET BETTER REGARDING THEIR PHYSICAL ABILITIES! I will also ensure to my Primary Care located within the West Los Angeles Veterans’s Hospital knowing just how well this specific Rehabilitation Therapy Clinic should be Considered Second to None when recommending Veterans to a local Rehabilitation Center! Thank you Dr. DerHow and all The Professionalism that Yourself and Staff exhibits as a Family of Professional awaiting to help their Present and Future Clients!

I went to Ho Rehab for debilitating back pain that I had for over 2 years after back surgery. I had pretty bad nerve damage and recovery was brutal because I waited 6 months to have surgery for a severe disc-herniation that required immediate attention because of the loss-of-function I ended up having. At one point I felt 90 and was in chronic pain that was both physically and mentally debilitating. This alongside the fact that I was starting post-graduate school one month after surgery, made these last two years of recovery a difficult experience. I moved from California to New York and spent a year switching physical therapists here trying to find someone that actually helped. Not until I went back to California for break, I had visited my surgeon about my back and he had given me another physical therapy script with recommendation for Ho Rehab Center. Dr. Derhow was my physical therapist, and after honestly 3-4 sessions of attacking the root issue of my problem (after thoroughly assessing what was actually going on with my body) I started to regain function on the left side of my body. He gave me exercises and stretches (nerve glides) to do that no other physical therapist recommended or ever mentioned. And the thing is, none of them ever took the time to really figure out what was wrong with my body after surgery and nerve damage, but Derhow did and it made the difference. For someone who has been in pain for so long, Dr. Derhow was a professional that I really appreciate came into my life, because I'm finally on the right road to recovery and Ho Rehab definitely helped facilitate that.

They are both excellent professional , friendly and extremely pay attention to detail. the facility is very clean and they always on time.
