Review of Village Hotel Blackpool

I recently stayed at the Village Hotel Blackpool, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms are spacious and impeccably clean, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep every night of my stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile. One of the highlights of my visit was the breakfast buffet, which offered a fantastic variety of delicious options to suit all tastes.

The hotel’s gym and swimming pool facilities are top-notch. The pool area includes a jacuzzi and steam room, perfect for relaxing after a workout or a day of exploring. The gym is well-equipped, catering to all fitness levels.

Another bonus is the ample parking available, making it easy and convenient for guests with vehicles.

My stay at village hotel Blackpool was nothing short of amazing! The staff were friendly and really looked after us during our time there.

The amenities were exceptional, with a beautiful swimming pool that was perfect for relaxing and a well-equipped gym that catered to all my workout needs. The on-site restaurant was a highlight, offering a diverse menu with dishes that were delicious.

The bedrooms were spacious, spotless and really comfy. Breakfast was another standout feature, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options that catered to every preference.

The golf course was also a fab part of our stay!

Overall, village hotel Blackpool exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s the perfect destination for anyone seeking luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. I can't wait to return!

Fantastic experience, great food, great grounds, fantastic room, close to activities and lots to do in the hotel. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars is when eating a meal we were given an unrealistic time to eat before they wanted the table, they also forgot about half our order and no one came to check and see how things were and when I went to the bar to see where our food was they were very dismissive and lacked time. I do however give them the benefit of doubt as it was a busy evening and the food was fantastic when received

Easy check-in with a lovely room and great view over golf course. Spa facilities excellent with inside and outdoor pool. Sauna, steam room, 2 x jacuzzi tubs and relaxation beds. Clean and modern.

Stayed for a work conference last week and loved the hotel. Great pool and gym and loved the outdoor pool in the cold air. Friendly attentive staff great food and love the new look of the rooms. I will definitely look to come back with my family I think the rooms would be great for little ones too. Thank you Blackpool team.

We stayed here as a family and my daughter left something in the room when we checked out. Less than 8 hours we called the hotel but poor signal so we returned to the hotel to hopefully find it in lost property. Anyone would think lost property is in another country! Apparently housekeeping weren’t available due to the shift change so reception told me to call back in the morning. After a weeks worth of phone calls made not one staff member was able to help or locate it. Constantly fobbed off and a new staff member on the phone each time clueless. No one could get in touch with housekeeping and lost property was inaccessible. Basically to cut a long story short one of the cleaners must have taken the lost property home or a staff member has kept it… my daughter knew exactly where she left it and it’s no where to be seen. Kept getting told someone will call back and not one person bothered. Iv emailed the hotel also, no reply. Absolutely appalling customer service and communication. Only good thing was a comfy bed!

This still remains my kids best hotel to visit. The hotel is like a full community or like its name, a "Village". It has every single thing to make you and your family have the best time ever. The breakfast is also great. We would definitely keep visiting "The Village Hotel Blackpool"

7 nights here,room was fab and the staff super friendly,the gym and leisure facilities were busy but very good. Well looked after by Bogdan and Bex who were always on hand to make the stay. Well worth a try if you want to be near to the front but not on it.
